When you choose your apartment, fill in the form with your reservation details and we will reply it with the price as soon as possible.

For regular season, you need to make a booking deposit of 20% of the total rent period, your reservation is confirmed as soon as we receive your payment. For New years and Carnival, the deposit is 50%. We usually use Wester Union for money transfer, it´s safe, fast and easy to deal with. As soon as your deposit arrives, we message you back. Our minimum rental period is 3 nights for regular season and 10 nights for new years or carnival.

Note: We forward the deposit to the apartment owner, since that, we cannot refund in case of cancellation. The quantity left needs to be paid upon arrival, in cash only, we give you total assistance to reach an ATM machine near the apartments.

If you have a problem with flight delay or something, we need to be contacted by e mail or telephone in a maximum of 48 hours after your estimated arrival date, if you don´t, your reservation will be cancelled with no refunding.

Our check-in is at 2pm and check out 12am. But depending on our schedule, those times can be flexible.
